Edit a Provider Profile

You may update a provider's profile on their behalf to change contact information, including their Email address (Username) and Password.

Step-by-step guide

To edit a provider profile, perform the following steps:
  1. Click the 'Search' button to generate a list of providers in the system (You may wish to use one or more filters to narrow down this list)
    1.  Show Me

  2. Find the provider using the summary information in the list, and click the 'View Details' button

  3. Click the 'Edit Provider' button
    1.  Show Me

  4. Make any necessary changes on this page, and then click the 'Update Record' button to confirm

Did you know: You can use the Edit Provider menu to change the provider's Email address, or their Password. Perfect for providers who need help getting into their accounts. However, providers may also use the 'Reset Password' option on the HE login page if their issue is password related.
