Create an Approval Workflow Group

Use this process to create approval workflow groups. These groups are assigned to provider contracts and are in charge of approving or declining a provider's submitted timesheets for specific contracts.

Step-by-step guide

To create a new approval workflow group, perform the following steps:
  1. Click the 'Approval Workflow' button
    1.  Show Me

  2. Enter a new 'Group Name' in the space provided

  3. Enter the 'Full Name' and 'Email' for each approver in the group (You may click 'Add Person' to create a group of up to ten approvers)

  4. Click 'Save' to create this group

Did you know: If your approvers are already in an existing workflow group, you can add them to a new group by using the contacts list on the right side of the page. Click the person-shaped icon to quickly add approver information to this new group.
