Show Me How to Unlock a Questionnaire and Add the Previous Term
To unlock a questionnaire and add a term (Comparison questionnaires only), perform the following steps:
  1. Go to the Details page of the questionnaire and click the 'Unlock to Correct or Edit' button
    1.  Show Me

  2. Enter the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' of the most recently passed term using the calendar pop-ups in those fields (These do not allow or prevent access the way the Start and Deactivate dates on the Details page do, and are only for reference)
    1.  Show Me

  3. If you would like to reset all participants to Not Started status, select the 'Unlock - Reset Participants to Not Started' button. If you don't want participants' status to change, then select the 'Unlock' button
    1.  Show Me

  4. Click the 'Submit' button to confirm
    1.  Show Me

  5. The questionnaire will be unlocked and can be edited like normal (Remember, Skip Logic can only be edited up until the second time a questionnaire is locked!)
    1.  Show Me

    2.  So what do those term start dates and end dates do?

Nothing! The term start/end dates will not allow or prevent access to the questionnaire or affect any part of the questionnaire setup proces. They only serve as a frame of reference when viewing previous reporting periods in a recurring questionnaire. If you don't want to use them, you can always select 'Unlock to Correct or Edit' instead.

Did you know: You're probably tired of hearing this at this point, but Skip Logic can only be configured up until the second time you unlock a questionnaire. At that point, skip logic cannot be added to the questionnaire, and existing skip logic cannot be removed or re-configured.

Here is where you can find skip logic
