Entity Manager Add Entity Charts
The purpose of this user guide is to show how to add charts to Entity Manager.
After reviewing this user guide, you will be able to perform several tasks:
- Add new charts to Entity Manager.
Update existing charts on Entity Manager.
From the main landing page, click the “Entity Manager” (1) tab to open Entity Manager.
The “Entity Tracking” page (A) shows all currently created entities that are available for use in Contract Manager. It is possible to see details about each entity, as well as change these details. It is also possible to click the “View Entity Charts” button to upload documents related to multiple entities, such as meeting minutes or company overview charts. To add a new chart, click the “View Entity Charts” button (2).
The “View Entity Charts” menu (B) allows documents related to existing entities to be uploaded and E-mailed. While each entry has room for documentations on specific entities, the entity charts are designed for documents that apply to more than one or possibly all entities, such as company organizational structure, meeting minutes, and so forth. After any desired changes are made, click “Update Charts” (3) to confirm changes.
