What happens if a practice leaves my ACO mid-year?
Problem
A practice has left the ACO partway through the year, which will eventually affect the reporting period. What should be done?
Solution
Even if the practice leaves the ACO mid-year, that practice is still responsible for reporting response data for the reporting period. The QASSGN file will continue to show the practice for the duration of the current year. We recommend taking this into consideration when configuring TINs and NPIs in the TIN/NPI Management tool.
