Patients were not assigned after completing the TIN/NPI import, what should I do?
Problem
The TIN/NPI import has been completed, but patients have not yet been assigned under this new configuration. What should be done?
Solution
After configuring TINs and NPIs as required, you should run the patient assignment algorithm and/or the manual patient assignment import process to get patients assigned as necessary.
