Admin: Text Alert Enrollement

Admin users can send patients a Text Alert enrollment invitation so that patients can start sharing data with you.

Patients can share their Interactive Health History Form that includes their diagnosis and medication lists, giving the admin user access right from within the Quick Profile/Patient Chart.

  • Beneficiaries sign up for Get Your Health Record by linking it with their MyMedicare Account. 
    This website gives access to a range of tools to help a beneficiary take control of their health!
