App crashes when I log in on my mobile device

Problem

Attempting to log in on my mobile device or tablet causes the app to crash.

Solution

There are currently two ways to resolve this issue:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the app from your app store.
    1. This will clear all files from the device and ensure a clean installation.

  2. Clear the data for the app from your device. Depending on the device, the steps to do this will be different.

    1. One quick way to clear temporary files is to turn it off and then on again. This may not clear all temporary files.
    2. Due to the amount of different mobile devices and tablets available, the best way to find instructions on your specific device is to search for the steps.
