Login attempts return "Invalid Credentials" message
Problem
When attempting to log in to the Health Endeavors website using any of the login tabs, you are given a message that says your credentials are invalid.
Solution
There are several solutions to this issue. Each section below will contain it's own solution.
Solution 1
The most common reason for invalid credentials are your Username/Password not matching what is entered in these fields. Before moving on to other solutions, we recommend performing the following basic troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure that you have selected the correct tab.
- If you work with GPRO, use the 'PHM Login' tab.
- If you work with Contract Manager, use the 'HA Login' tab.
- If you work with Provider Time, use the Provider Time login.
- If you are a Care Coordinator, use the Care Coordination login tab
- Make sure that your Username and Password are exact, down to uppercase and lowercase characters matching. In particular, passwords can often show as incorrect from a simple typo (Entering 'WElcome' instead of 'Welcome' for example)
- Make sure that your Caps Lock key is not active. This can register passwords as incorrect even if correctly entered
Solution 2
If the login page has been left open one one browser tab, and another browser tab was used to login, then the original login page token becomes invalid. This causes the error to occur if you attempt to log in on the original browser tab.
- Press SHIFT+F5 to refresh the page fully
- The token has now been reset and you can login successfully
Solution 3
If Solution 2 does not work for you...
- Close the web browser and clear cache
- Open your browser and return to the login page again
- Click on the 'Forgot Username' link and enter your Email address to verify that you are using the correct username
- Click on the Reset Password link and enter in your username
- Reset the password via the link sent to your email address
- You should now be able to login successfully
