How to retrieve my Health Endeavors username

If you do not know your username when attempting to log in to the Health Endeavors website (https://www.jointheendeavor.com/login). The following steps will help you to retrieve your username.

Step-by-step guide

  1. On the login page, click the tab you wish to use to login.
  2. Click the Forgot Username link
  3. Enter in your email address and you will be sent a link
  4. If the email address exists, then you will be sent an email with your username contained within it.
    1. NOTE: If the email address is duplicated within our system, nothing will be sent (e.g You have two accounts that have the same email address).


This will allow you to reset your password if you do not know your password either. As the username is requested when resetting a password.
