Cannot select any Roles in my COI Reports

While using COI Reports, you are unable to select any Roles from the drop down list

Roles must be associated to a questionnaire before they are able to be used in filtering a report.

Please follow the steps below on how to add roles to your questionnaire based on whether the questionnaire is locked or unlocked:

Add Roles to a Locked Questionnaire
  1. Login to the website here: https://www.jointheendeavor.com/login?default=hat
  2. Go to Conflict of Interest Manager
  3. Click on the questionnaire you wish to add Roles to
  4. Click the Unlock to Correct or Editbutton
  5. Select Unlock from the two options
    1. (warning) if you choose "Unlock - Reset..." then it will reset all your participants to Not Started and they will need to retake the questionnaire. This cannot be reversed
  6. Click Submit and then to the confirmation
  7. Select your Roles from the drop down list
  8. Click Save at the bottom of the page
  9. Go to the Questions tab and click Lock Down Questions at the bottom of the page
  10. Click OK to the confirmation
  11. Click Return to COI Management
  12. You will now be able to select Roles when running reports for that questionnaire
Add Roles to an Unlocked Questionnaire
  1. Login to the website here: https://www.jointheendeavor.com/login?default=hat
  2. Go to Conflict of Interest Manager
  3. Click on the questionnaire you wish to add Roles to
  4. Select the Roles from the drop down list for that questionnaire
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page
